2. What data we process
This website has no forms that store data on the server. The contact buttons prepare a message that opens in your WhatsApp app, and you decide whether to send it.
When you write to us via WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide: your name, phone number or email, and the content of your message (for example, the workshop you are interested in, the date or the number of people).
3. What we use it for
- To answer your enquiries.
- To manage bookings for workshops and private workshops.
- To prepare floral proposals for weddings.
- To manage gift cards.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you contact us and, if you book a workshop or service, on taking pre-contractual steps and performing the contract.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or for the duration of our relationship. If you book a service, we will keep it for the periods required by law.
6. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. When you write to us on WhatsApp, the message goes through that service, owned by Meta, under its own privacy policy. The website is hosted by a service provider acting as a data processor.
The website fonts are loaded from our own server, without connecting to third-party services such as Google Fonts.
7. Website statistics
The website anonymously counts how many times each workshop page is visited, in order to show the most popular workshops on the home page. This count does not use cookies or store personal data.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to decoflorida26@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
